About the Author

This blog is authored by Ed Clinton, Jr., A.B. 1988 University of Chicago, J.D. 1991 Harvard Law School. After law school, I clerked with the Honorable Michael S. Kanne on the United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit.  I worked at two large law firms, Mayer Brown & Platt and Katten Muchin. Since 1997 I have been with the Clinton Law Firm, LLC.

Since 1992, I have practiced in the area of commercial litigation and professional liability litigation, including legal malpractice. I have extensive experience in litigation in the Illinois Courts and the Federal Courts. I also have substantial experience handling arbitration hearings and all forms of mediation.
